• Paragraph 5. Teacher of the group/class of pre-school training
22. Job responsibilities:
ensures the creation of conditions for the protection of children's life and health during the educational process;
carries out the pedagogical process in accordance with the requirements of the state mandatory standard of education, the schedule of classes according to the standard curriculum of preschool education and training;
manages children's activities (play, creative, cognitive, motor, visual, labor, experimental, independent and others);
creates a subject-developing environment;
monitors the development of children's skills and abilities;
organizes and conducts leisure activities, sports events and other;
implements a personality-oriented approach in working with children;
provides assistance to specialists in the field of correctional activities with children with developmental disabilities, plans the educational process based on the study of general education curricula, educational literature and taking into account the individual characteristics of children;
carries out the socialization of children with special educational needs in an educational environment to ensure equal starting opportunities for admission to school;
uses new approaches, effective forms, methods and means of education, taking into account the individual needs of children;
participates in events held in educational organizations (meetings, pedagogical councils, contests, etc.);
improves professional competence;
He is engaged in the study, generalization, dissemination and implementation of best practices based on the study of domestic and foreign experience;
provides consulting assistance to parents on the education of preschool children.
23. Must know:
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On the status of a teacher", "On combating Corruption" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan defining the directions and prospects for the development of education;
norms of pedagogical ethics;
the state compulsory standard of education, the content and structure of the standard program of preschool education and training;
psychology and pedagogy, rules of first aid, fundamentals of labor legislation, rules of internal labor regulations, occupational safety and health, sanitary rules;
normative legal documents on the organization of preschool education and training.
24. Qualification requirements:
higher and (or) postgraduate and (or) technical and professional pedagogical education in the direction of "Preschool education and training" or higher and (or) postgraduate or technical and professional pedagogical education in the direction of "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" or a document confirming pedagogical retraining, without presenting work experience requirements;
and (or) if there is a higher level of qualification, experience: for a moderator teacher and an expert teacher - at least 2 years, a researcher teacher - at least 3 years, a master teacher - 5 years;
and (or) if there is an average level of qualification, experience: for a moderator teacher - at least 2 years, for an expert teacher – at least 3 years, for a researcher teacher - at least 4 years.
25. Qualification requirements with the definition of professional competencies:
1) "teacher":
to know the methodology of preschool education and training;
to implement an individual approach in education and training, taking into account age characteristics;
develop a long-term plan and a cyclogram;
to ensure that children receive knowledge, skills and abilities not lower than the level provided for by the state compulsory education standard;
communicate with parents or their surrogates;
participate in methodological work;
to diagnose the development of children, including those with special educational needs;
to take part in events at the level of educational organization;
to use the skills of professional and pedagogical dialogue, to use digital educational resources;
2) "teacher moderator":
must meet the general requirements for the qualification of "teacher", as well as:
to ensure that children receive the knowledge, skills and abilities provided for by the state mandatory standard of education;
to know the methodology of preschool education and training and to implement an individual approach to learning, taking into account age characteristics;
develop a long-term plan and a cyclogram;
apply innovative techniques and technologies;
participate in the activities of regional, methodological associations, seminars, conferences;
improve your professional qualifications;
to summarize the experience at the level of educational organization, to have participants in competitions, competitions at the level of educational organization;
3) teacher-expert:
must meet the general requirements for a teacher-moderator, as well as:
to ensure that children receive knowledge, skills and abilities provided for by the state mandatory standard of education;
develop a long-term plan and a cyclogram;
use the diagnostic mechanism for children, including those with special educational needs;
develop children's research skills;
to carry out the participation of children in district, city, competitions;
participate in the activities of methodological associations, seminars, conferences;
improve your professional qualifications;
analyze organized learning activities;
to provide mentoring and determine priorities for professional development: own and colleagues at the level of educational organization, at the district/city level, to have participants in competitions, competitions at the district/city level;
4) "teacher-researcher":
must meet the general requirements for the qualification of "teacher-expert", as well as:
participate in the activities of district and city methodological associations, seminars, conferences;
develop children's research skills;
to carry out the participation of children in city and regional competitions;
practice mentoring;
use public speaking and audience interaction skills;
apply modern methods of education and training of preschool children;
have methodological developments on pre-school education and training at the district and city level;
to use the skills of researching organized educational activities and developing assessment tools, to ensure the development of research skills of pupils, to provide mentoring and determine development strategies in the pedagogical community at the district and city levels, to generalize experience at the regional/city level of republican significance;
the presence of participants in contests, competitions at the regional/city level of republican significance;
5) "teacher-master":
must meet the general requirements for the qualification of "teacher-researcher", as well as:
participate in seminars, competitions and conferences at the regional, national or international levels;
to use the skills and abilities of developing educational programs, methods of education and training;
to carry out the participation of children in city, regional, republican competitions;
have an author's program or is the author (co-author) of published textbooks, teaching aids that have been approved by the RUMS;
ensure the development of design skills;
to provide mentoring and plan the development of a network of professional community at the regional level, to participate in national and international competitions or to prepare participants in national and international competitions.
