Main functional responsibilities:
Provides training and education of students taking into account the specifics of the taught subject, in accordance with the state mandatory standard of education; Promotes the formation of a common culture of the personality of the student and the pupil and his socialization, identifies and promotes the development of individual abilities of students; Educates the student to respect the teacher, teaches to observe the business style of attitude and speech etiquette by polite address by name and the patronymic of the teacher or the direct address "teacher/mugalim"; Uses new approaches, effective forms, methods and means of teaching, taking into account the individual needs of students; Makes short- and medium-term (calendar-thematic) plans for subjects, tasks for summative assessment for a section and summative assessment for a quarter; Analyzes the results of summative assessment for a section and summative assessment for a quarter with comments; Fills in electronic journals; Ensures the achievement of personal, system-activity, subject results by students and pupils not lower than the level provided for by the state mandatory standard of education; Participates in the development and implementation of educational programs, including programs for students with special educational needs, ensures their full implementation in accordance with the curriculum and schedule of the educational process; Studies individual abilities, interests and inclinations of students, pupils; Creates conditions for inclusive education; Adapts curricula taking into account the individual needs of students with special educational needs; Participates in meetings of methodological associations, teacher associations, methodological, pedagogical councils, network communities; Improves professional competence; Complies with safety and labor protection, fire protection; Ensures the protection of life and health of students during the educational process; Fills in documents, the list of which approved by the authorized body in the field of education; Instills an anti-corruption culture, principles of academic integrity among students and pupils.
Must know:
Anchor the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On the status of a teacher", "On combating Corruption", "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On Social medical, pedagogical and correctional support for children with disabilities", the State Mandatory Standard of Education and other regulatory legal acts defining the directions and prospects for the development of education; The content of the subject, the educational process, methods of teaching and evaluation; Pedagogy and psychology; Methods of teaching the subject, educational work, teaching tools and their didactic capabilities; Norms of pedagogical ethics; Requirements for the equipment of classrooms and utility rooms; Fundamentals of labor legislation, rules of safety and labor protection, fire protection, sanitary rules and regulations.

Qualification requirements:
Higher and (or) postgraduate pedagogical or technical and professional, post-secondary pedagogical education in the appropriate profile or other professional education in the appropriate profile or a document confirming pedagogical retraining, without presenting work experience requirements, or a document on graduation from secondary school with the XI pedagogical class before 1995, related to the average level of qualification;
And (or) if there is a higher and intermediate level of qualification, the experience of pedagogical work: for a moderator teacher at least 2 years; for an expert teacher - at least 3 years; for a researcher teacher at least 4 years;
And (or) if there is a higher level of qualification, the experience of pedagogical work for a master teacher is 5 years.
Qualification requirements with the definition of professional competencies:
1) "teacher":
must know the content of the subject, the educational process, teaching methods and evaluation;
plan and organize the educational process taking into account the psychological and age characteristics of students;
to contribute to the formation of the general culture of the student and his socialization;
take part in events at the level of educational organization;
to implement an individual approach in education and training, taking into account the needs of students;
possess the skills of professional and pedagogical dialogue, uses digital educational resources;
2) "teacher-moderator":
must meet the general requirements of the qualification "teacher", as well as:
use innovative forms, methods and means of teaching;
be a participant or a prize-winner, or a winner of a professional skills competition, or have participants, or prize-winners, or winners of Olympiads, contests, competitions at the level of an educational organization, district (city of regional significance) in accordance with the list approved by the authorized body in the field of education;
3) "teacher-expert":
meet the general requirements of the qualification "teacher-moderator", in addition:
have the skills to analyze organized educational activities, the educational process;
constructively determine the priorities of professional development: own and colleagues at the level of the organization of education;
be a participant or a prize-winner, or a winner of a professional skills competition, or have participants, or winners, or prize-winners of Olympiads, contests, competitions at the district (city of regional significance) level, contests, competitions at the regional level in accordance with the list approved by the authorized body in the field of education;
prepare video and TV lessons included for broadcast on the television of the region, country (if available);
4) "teacher-researcher":
Must meet the general requirements of the qualification "teacher-expert", as well as:
possess the skills of studying the lesson and developing assessment tools;
to ensure the development of research skills of students;
generalize experience at the level of the region, cities of republican significance and the capital, the republic (for republican subordinate organizations and educational organizations of sectoral state bodies);
be a participant or a prize-winner, or a winner of a professional skills competition, or have participants, or winners, or prize-winners of Olympiads, contests, competitions at the regional, republican, international levels in accordance with the list approved by the authorized body in the field of education;
be a participant or a prize-winner, or the winner of the National Award "Teacher of Kazakhstan", the holder of the title "Best teacher" (if any);
to provide mentoring and constructively determine development strategies in the pedagogical community at the level of the district (city of regional significance), region (if available);
to participate in the organization and holding of seminars, conferences for teachers organized by subordinate educational organizations of the relevant authorized body;
to be a member of experts on the examination of textbooks, educational and methodological complexes and teaching aids in accordance with the "Electronic database of experts" of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican Scientific and Practical Center for the examination of the content of education" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for the examination of the content of education) or recommended by the RUMS at the Department of Technical and Vocational Education (if any) (hereinafter referred to as DTPO);
prepare video and TV lessons included for broadcast on the television of the country, region, posted on educational portals (if available);
distribute work experience using Internet resources;
5) "teacher-master":
must meet the general requirements of the qualification "teacher-researcher", as well as:
have an author's program that has received approval for the RUMS at the National Academy of Education named after Y. Altynsarin or at the RUMS at the DTPO or be the author (co-author) of published textbooks, teaching aids included in the list of textbooks, teaching complexes and teaching aids approved by the authorized body in the field of education or recommended by the RUMS at the DTPO or be a member of the experts on the examination of test tasks, textbooks, teaching aidsmethodological complexes or be an expert at WorldSkills championships or a teacher training coach;
be a prize-winner or winner of republican or international professional competitions or Olympiads, or prepare winners or prize-winners of Olympiads, contests, competitions at the national or international levels in accordance with the list approved by the authorized body in the field of education;
