Norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the protection of children

Dear parents, we remind you of the need to comply with the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of protecting children from factors that are harmful to their health and development.
📌 The consumption of tobacco products, including products with heated tobacco, hookah tobacco, hookah mixture, tobacco heating systems, electronic consumption systems and liquids for them, is prohibited in nightclubs, discos and catering points (Article 110 of the Code Republic of Kazakhstan "On the health of the people and the health care system").
📌 It is forbidden to find a child, as well as to allow him, without being accompanied by legal representatives, to entertainment establishments at night from 22 to 6 in the morning (clause 4, article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the rights of the child in the Republic of Kazakhstan").
📌 For allowing minors to be in entertainment venues without being accompanied by legal representatives at night (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.), entrepreneurs and parents are held administratively liable (Article 132, 442 part 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses").
📌 It is forbidden to show films and cartoons for children that harm the spiritual and moral development of the child (Article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Rights of the Child").
