Tasks:
 To support and ensure the educational objectives formulated in the school concept and in the school curriculum;
 Develop and maintain in children the habit and joy of reading and skills;
 To provide opportunities for the creation and use of information both for the sake of gaining knowledge, developing understanding and imagination, and for pleasure;
To organize events that foster patriotic, cultural and social self-awareness and promote emotional development;
To educate a citizen and a patriot of Kazakhstan through the study of legal and state systems, symbols, and the history of a citizen.
To promote the formation of an active, conscious and independent personality, combining spiritual wealth and physical perfection.
To facilitate the assimilation of the school curriculum by students.
The library occupies an isolated room with a total area of -54 sq.m. The reading room is combined with a subscription and is designed for 8 seats. The library has: 1 computer, 1 printer (MFP).
The library is equipped with popular science, reference, fiction literature for children: primary school age (grades 1-4); middle school age (grades 5-8); senior school age (grades 9-11); pedagogical and methodological literature for teaching staff; periodicals taking into account modern tasks of the educational process. The library's fund is: 36375 copies, of which the educational fund is 19930, the main one is 16445.

The library works according to the approved plan. Book and illustrative exhibitions and thematic shelves on the main school subjects are regularly designed, which are timed to the school-wide decades of sciences. The latest news in the field of education is dedicated to the constantly updated thematic shelf "Education News".
Within the framework of the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program, the library constantly hosts the exhibition "Kazakhstan Bolashaka umtylgan – Kazakhstan, aspiring to the future", as well as thematic shelves "To help prepare for the UNT and WOUD", "Books of the anniversaries of 2019 - 2020". Exhibitions, thematic shelves, events are arranged promptly for significant and memorable dates in the library:
From August 20 to September 10, a thematic regiment "Ata Zan-altyn Arkau" was organized, which is dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as materials from periodicals were exhibited at the exhibition.
From August 27 to September 25, a thematic regiment "Til Halyk Kazynasy" was organized, dedicated to the celebration of September 22 – the Day of Languages of the Peoples of Kazakhstan. Publications were exhibited at the exhibition: the Law on the Languages of the Republic of Kazakhstan, textbooks teaching languages, periodicals.

On November 25, a literary hour "Children's writers about friendship" was held in the reading room for 2nd grade students, the purpose of this event was to familiarize children with the books available in the library's collection, to attract them to reading. The literary hour was accompanied by a demonstration of a book-themed exhibition.

In order to promote literature about a healthy lifestyle, the library has a permanent exhibition "In a healthy body – a healthy mind".
The library takes an active part in the life of the school. On November 22, the dedication of first-graders to readers and pedestrians took place.
By the day of the first President, the exhibition "Leader of the Nation" was decorated in the library.
In February, the action "Bookcrossing" took place, which means book rotation. Bookshelves in the library were decorated for bookcrossing. An advertisement was placed in the foyer of the school, where the school library invited all reading lovers to participate in an exciting book exchange event between students. The guys learned that the bookcrossing process consists of a simple action based on the principle of "read – give to another". Books that can be shared with others can be brought to the library so that from here she begins an exciting journey, finding new readers. Books should be read, not on the shelves!
On the books that the students of the school brought to the library, the label "Bookcrossing" was pasted so that the book itself would give information about where it came from, who gave it to the school book exchange, book circulation.And the book was put on the shelf. They could be freely taken from the bookshelves, left for reading, passed on to friends, after leaving a record about a new reader.
The library takes an active part in the life of the school: from March 2 to March 20, a waste paper collection campaign "Paper Boom" was held under the motto "100 kg of waste paper saves one tree", as a result of which 500 kilograms of paper were collected together, which went not to landfill, but to recycling.
The library has a media library in the amount of 372 copies, a catalog of digital educational resources has been compiled (hereinafter referred to as the CDR). The data centers stored in classrooms are included in the general library of the school.
