In what order are polling stations formed?

Polling stations are formed in order to create maximum convenience for voters and taking into account local and other conditions.
Polling stations are formed taking into account the following conditions:
1) no more than three thousand voters at each polling station;
2) compliance with the boundaries of the administrative-territorial structure in administrative-territorial units.
In military units, on ships belonging to the Republic of Kazakhstan and sailing on election day, in rest homes, sanatoriums, inpatient medical and preventive institutions, in the locations of citizens located in remote and hard-to-reach areas, in areas of animal husbandry, in pre-trial detention centers and temporary detention centers, polling stations are formed that are part of the electoral districts, respectively, according to their location.
