How do I apply for participation?
On September 1, the next selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will start in Kazakhstan.
Citizens of Kazakhstan not older than 35 years old, who speak the state language at least B1 level, with higher education and work experience of at least 5 years can take part in the selection.
The selection consists of several stages and will last from September 1 to December 25, 2023. According to its results, the 50 best candidates will be selected for the reserve. The period of stay in the reserve is 3 years. During this period, reservists can be appointed to various government positions without passing a competitive selection.
An application for participation in the project can be submitted from September 1 to September 30 on the website pkrezerv.gov.kz .
How to register on the site?
From September 1 to September 30 of this year, the participant must register on the website by entering the IIN and e-mail.
After verifying the age of the candidate, the system gives him the opportunity to fill out a questionnaire and upload the necessary documents in his personal account.
What documents are required to participate in the project?
To participate in the project, you need to upload copies in your personal account:
1) diploma of higher education;
2) a document confirming labor activity (according to Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
3) a valid certificate of QAZAQ RESMI TEST or KAZTEST, confirming the level of proficiency in the state language not lower than level B1.
Also, when registering, participants must choose one of six industry areas:
1. Infrastructure development, industry and trade policy
2. Agro-industrial complex and environmental protection
3. Foreign policy and investment
4. Economic and financial policy
5. Digitalization
6. Social policy and civil society
How to get a certificate of knowledge of the state language?
If there is no certificate of proficiency in the state language at the time of application submission, the candidate is given the opportunity to take a free test once using the KAZTEST system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan offline or QAZAQ RESMI TEST of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan online by means of a promo code received on the website.
The candidate must use the promo code provided to pass the QAZAQ RESMI TEST or KAZTEST personally.
The candidate can complete the registration for participation in the selection after receiving the appropriate certificate. The certificate issuance period is from 2 to 7 working days.
How to sign up for a test – Assessment of the ability to work with text information?
An entry for "Testing – Assessment of the ability to work with text information" will be open from the moment of receipt of the notification confirming the acceptance of the application until 23:59 hours on September 30, 2023. The participant will need to choose the time of testing from the suggested options.
