​Applications for first grade for the 2025-2026 academic year

Information on admission to first grade (Russian language of instruction)

KGU "Comprehensive School No. 4 of the Kostanay City Education Department" of the Education Department of the Kostanay Region Akimat for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Applications from parents or other legal guardians of children entering first grade at primary education institutions are accepted from April 1 (9:00 AM) to August 31 of the current year.

Applications are submitted only through the e-government portal egov.kz.

How to receive the service online?

1. Log in to the portal and click the "Order the service online" button.

2. Complete the entire application.

3. Required attached documents:

A digital photograph of the child measuring 3x4 cm.

If information is not available from information systems,

the following documents must be attached to the application:

An electronic copy of Certificate 052-2/u "Child Health Passport";

An electronic copy of Certificate 065/u "Vaccination Record".
