begins accepting documents for enrollment in grade 1

Dear parents, from April 1 to July 31, 2023 inclusive, KSU "Comprehensive School No. 4 of the Education Department of the City of Kostanay" of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region begins accepting documents for enrollment in grade 1 for the 2023-2024 academic year.
According to Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education”, children from the age of six are admitted to study in the 1st grade.
According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2018 No. 564 “On approval of the Model Rules for Admission to Education in Educational Organizations Implementing General Curricula of Primary, Basic Secondary and General Secondary Education”, educational organizations implementing general educational curricula of primary education provide admission to the first a class of children of six years and children who turn six in the current calendar year, with access to all children living in the service area of the educational organization, regardless of the level of training.

Required certificates and documents:
1. EDS of parents or other legal representatives to apply online.

3. An electronic copy of the child's birth certificate;

We also inform you about the grounds for refusing to provide public services:
1. establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for the receipt of the public service, and (or) the data (information) contained in them;
2. non-compliance of the submitted documents of the service recipient, necessary for the provision of public services, with the requirements established by the Model Rules for Admission to Education in Educational Organizations Implementing General Education Curricula of Primary, Basic Secondary and General Secondary Education, approved by order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2018 year No. 546 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 17553);
3. overcrowding of class-sets;
4. lack of consent of the service recipient, provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection", to access restricted personal data required for the provision of public services.
