"Birth of the Future" PROGRAM

In accordance with the instruction of Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the second meeting of the National Kurultai "Kazakhstan – Educational Aid" in 2023, the "Birth of the Future" program was developed and implemented in all educational institutions.

In accordance with the instruction of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev, at the third meeting of the National Kurultai "Educational Aid – Educational Aid – Educational Aid," in 2024, the content of the "Birth of the Future" program was updated.

A unified vision for the state's development and the consolidation of society's efforts to achieve it have been outlined. At the same time, the image of our country's future is reflected in the triad: "A Fair Kazakhstan - A Responsible Citizen - A Progressive Nation." These components of the triad are closely interconnected and interdependent, expressing the country's strategic course for modernization and further development, aimed at creating a just state with strong democratic institutions and a developed legal system that ensures the rule of law and order—the fundamental principle of our policy. This became the central idea of ​​the "Birtұtas Tәrbie" program.

The key values ​​defining the image of the nation are included in the program's content:

independence and patriotism;
unity and solidarity;
justice and responsibility;
law and order;
hard work and professionalism;
creation and innovation.
"Justice as a principle, responsibility as a foundation, progress as a goal"

is the main message of the program.

PROGRAM GOAL:

To develop a harmoniously developed student personality based on the values ​​of Kazakhstani culture, through the development of spiritual and moral qualities, civic responsibility and patriotism, integrity, and conscientiousness.

The Program is based on a value-based and competency-based approach. These approaches aim to integrate training, education, and development.

As part of the competency-based approach, based on the inculcation of key values, students should develop key competencies that, taken together, define the graduate model:

Promotion of national interests;
Effective communication;
Service to society;
Respect for and adherence to societal norms;
Strive for high results;
Ability to generate original ideas.
Regular events held monthly should be aimed at developing the students' holistic personalities:

September – Month of Hard Work and Professionalism;
October – Month of Independence and Patriotism;
November – Month of Justice and Responsibility;
December – Month of Unity and Solidarity;
January – Month of Law and Order;
February – Month of Creation and Innovation;
March – Month of Independence and Patriotism;
April – Month of Hard Work and Professionalism;
May – Month of Unity and Solidarity.
DAILY:

"Ulttyk oyyn – ult kazynasy" – Organizing students' free time
"Onegeli 15 minutes" – Parents holding a 15-minute daily individual conversation with their child.
"Unemdі tutynu" – Developing a caring attitude toward natural resources.
