How are presidential candidate debates conducted?

Candidates for President have the right to participate in pre-election debates on television organized by the Central Election Commission. The procedure and conditions for conducting pre-election debates, determined by the Central Electoral Commission, must be equal and not create advantages for one or another candidate.
The debate will be attended by Karakat Abden, Nurlan Auesbaev, Zhiguli Dayrabaev, Meiram Kazhyken, Yerlan Koshanov (who will become the representative of Kassym-Jomart Tokaev), Saltanat Tursynbekova. The debate will be held on November 11 on the Khabar TV channel live at 20:00.
