"Safe Internet"
The republican competition for schoolchildren "Safe Internet"
has started. 🔰 The NNPIBD "Orken" of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is launching the republican competition "Safe Internet" for schoolchildren.
The aim of the competition is to develop children and adolescents' skills of safe behavior on the Internet, protection from online threats and increase media literacy.
"The competition gives students a unique opportunity to show their creativity and practical skills by creating videos that should demonstrate the basic rules of safe Internet use. It is important that these videos contain tips on protecting personal data, methods to prevent cyberbullying, as well as an analytical and critical approach to online content," said Esengazy Imangaliev, President of the NNPIBD "Orken".
Applications and videos for the contest will be accepted until November 25 this year. At the end of the competition, the work of the participants is evaluated by an expert commission. The winners of the competition will be announced in December and will receive diplomas confirming their contribution to the creation of a secure Internet space.
