The school is located in a building commissioned in 1962, an extension was commissioned in 1989. Technological and architectural and construction solutions are characterized as follows: blocks A and B, which are part of the school complex, are located in the central part of the land plot provided by the State Institution “Secondary School No. Kostanay region No. 139 dated November 15, 2007
The overhaul has been carried out in stages since 2006. to 2008. Capital repairs were carried out only in the main school block A. In the annex building (block B) - without repair.

The school has a sports hall with an area of 277.9 square meters, as well as a sports ground. The school is fully provided with sports equipment for winter sports: there are skis, boots, sticks - a total of 30 sets. There is sports equipment for athletics, team sports (basketball, volleyball and soccer balls). In the 2014-15 academic year, the following items were purchased: a gymnastic goat - 2 pcs., a folding gymnastic mat - 4 pcs. jump ropes, hoop, balls.
There is an office of "Self-Knowledge", equipped with furniture, stands, video equipment; assembly hall - 191.2 square meters; the school also has a Museum of Military Glory -90.0 sq. meters; offices of socio-psychological service; library with book depository and reading room. The Internet has been connected to all classrooms.
There is a licensed medical center, consisting of two rooms:
- reception room -39.2, m22.2m2
- treatment room - 11.3 m2
The medical center is equipped with furniture, medicines and equipment in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards.
Medicines are purchased annually at the expense of the local budget.
Thus, the school has a base on which educational work is built, which contributes to the comprehensive development of the child.
There is a canteen with 150 seats. There is the necessary technological equipment: electric stoves - 1, oven - 1, electric boiler -1, electric frying pan -1, everything was purchased (04/22/2008), In 2015 chairs for the dining room were purchased - in the amount of 197,135.00 tenge.
2014 - equipment was purchased: a refrigerator in the amount of 70,000.00 tenge, a radio microphone -60,000.00, an angle grinder - 9000.00, a petrol trimmer -20,700.00 inventory:
2014 - purchased a laptop and computer equipment - 211,300 tenge, households. inventory (furniture, stands, etc.) - 232,146.84 tenge, musical equipment - 60,000.00, sports equipment - 57,000.00 tenge.
2015 - computer equipment was purchased (monitors, system unit, printer) - 409230.0 tenge; cabinets, tables for teachers, shelves, armchair - 413170.00 tenge; musical equipment -177000.00 tenge; air conditioner, irradiator, hand dryer - 122080.00 tenge; chalk board - 123,000.00 tenge; sports equipment -54000.00 tenge.
2016 - the chair of the assembly hall was repaired - 434 110 tenge,
In order to inform and improve the quality of the educational process, an OTAU kit was installed - 31,800.00 tenge.
In general, the conditions for the life of the institution have been created at the school, funding has increased. So the total funding was:

There are: a technical report and a technical opinion on laboratory testing of electrical equipment (LLP "Energoexpertiza"), the conclusion of the State Institution "Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in the city of Kostanay", documents on fire safety and emergency situations, there is an emergency stand. Signed contracts for the maintenance of fire alarms.
The development of the material and technical base of the school is a constant concern of the school administration and the parent community. This is one of the most significant areas of school life, ensuring the quality of the educational process. Work in this area is aimed at solving the following tasks:
• Ensuring the safety of the building, equipment, property;
• Replenishment of classrooms with furniture and teaching and visual aids;
• Equipping the educational process with computers and office equipment;
• Organization of ongoing repairs, including the school's electrical system, plumbing equipment.
