Regulations
on the school uniform and appearance of the student
I. General provisions
1.1. The introduction of school uniforms is carried out on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 14, 2016 No. 26.
1.2. This Regulation is a local act of the school and is mandatory for employees, students and their parents (persons replacing them).
1.3. This Regulation establishes the definition of the school uniform and establishes the order of its wearing for students of grades 1-11.
1.4. The school uniform is introduced in order to:
— maintaining an educational and business atmosphere in the school;
— strengthening discipline and order;
— strengthening the authority of the school in society;
— development of moral qualities of the student's personality, improvement of his culture;
— formation of a graduate model in demand by modern society.
1.5. All school employees related to administrative, pedagogical and educational support personnel are required to monitor compliance with the uniform of the students.
1.6. The issue of introducing school uniforms is considered taking into account the material costs of low-income families. School uniforms are purchased by parents independently.
1.7. This Regulation comes into force on May 25, 2016.
II. Basic requirements for the form and appearance of students
2.1. Clothing style — business, classic, modern strict.
2.2. School uniforms are divided into formal, casual and sports.
2.2.1. Students' casual and formal school clothes include:
1) for boys and boys — jacket, plaid vest and trousers of classic cut, blue, men's shirt (shirt) white (dress), plain (casual), classic shoes.
2) for girls and girls — a classic plaid skirt (in a fold, the length of the skirt should not exceed 5 cm from the knees), a jacket, a vest, an opaque white blouse, ballet flats.
3) the school uniform includes a blue tie "Zhas Ulan", badges "Zhask, yran" of the children's and youth organization.
4) distinctive signs (emblem) of the educational organization are placed on the school uniform. The distinctive sign is placed in the upper part of the clothing (jacket, vest)
2.2.2. Sports uniform.
Students' sports school clothing includes a T-shirt, sweatpants, sneakers or sneakers.
2.3. The appearance must comply with generally accepted norms in society.
2.4. The teaching staff of the school staff should set an example to their pupils, maintain a business style in their everyday clothes.
iii. Rights, duties and responsibilities
3.1. Students and parents have the right to:
choose a school uniform in accordance with the basic requirements.
3.2. Students are required to;
— wear a casual school uniform daily. Sports uniforms on the days of physical education lessons are brought with them. On the days of the solemn lines, holidays, schoolchildren wear a ceremonial uniform;
— clothes must be clean, fresh, ironed;
— take care of the uniforms of other students of the school.
3.3. Students are prohibited from wearing in an educational institution:
1) clothes of bright colors and shades; trousers, skirts with a low waist and (or) high slits; clothes with decorative details in the form of patches, with gusts of fabric, with a non-uniform color of fabric; clothes with bright inscriptions and images; low-cut dresses and blouses; clothes of linen style; attributes of clothing covering the face; accessories with symbols of antisocial informal youth associations, as well as promoting psychoactive substances and illegal behavior;
2) religious clothing, clothing with religious attributes and (or) religious symbols;
3) hats in the premises of an educational institution;
4) beach shoes, massive shoes on a thick platform, evening shoes and high-heeled shoes;
5) massive jewelry.
6) Accessories, massive jewelry (beads, brooches, earrings, rings, belts with massive buckles) are forbidden to wear to school.
IV. Responsibility
4.1. If the student came to school without a school uniform, at the request of the duty administrator (teacher, class teacher), he must write an explanatory note.
4.2. If the student came to the training sessions without a school uniform, he is allowed to attend classes, but at the same time provides the duty administrator (teacher, class teacher) with a diary in which the authorized person makes an entry for parents with a warning that parents take appropriate measures, i.e. ensure that their child comes to school a child in school uniform.
V. Rights of parents. Parents have the right to:
5.1. Discuss issues related to school uniforms at the parent meetings of the class and school, submit proposals regarding school uniforms for consideration by the school-wide parent committee, the School Council.
5.2. Invite parents whose children avoid wearing school uniforms to the class parent Committee, the School Council, the Council for the Prevention of Offenses, and apply measures to such parents within their competence.
VI. Duties of parents. Parents are obliged to:
6.1. Purchase school uniforms for their children.
6.2. Daily monitor the appearance of the student before going to school in accordance with the Regulations.
6.3. Monitor the condition of your child's school uniform.
VII. Responsibilities of the class teacher. The homeroom teacher is obliged to:
7.1. To carry out daily monitoring for the wearing of school uniforms by students of their class before the start of training sessions.
7.2. Promptly (on the day of the fact) inform parents about the fact that the student does not have a school uniform, invite them to the Prevention Council.
7.3. Act within their competence on the basis of the job description.
